Stepping Into the World of Innovation
Walking into IFA Berlin is like stepping into the future. The halls hum with the latest technological breakthroughs, conversations echo in every language, and visitors’ eyes light up with curiosity. For us at Lymow, this year’s event wasn’t just about showing a product. It was about telling our story, meeting our media friends and industry partners, and demonstrating how lawn care can be reimagined.
Sharing Our Voice
One of the highlights came when our CMO, Charles Li, sat down for an interview with Yicai Global. He shared what makes Lymow One different:
"While most robotic mowers are designed for simple lawns under 2,000㎡ with slopes up to 30°, Lymow One is built for large, complex terrain: climbing 45° slopes with a unique tracked system, cutting dense warm-season grass with powerful mulching blades, and covering up to 7,000㎡ a day with 900W power and a 15Ah battery."
Charles with a media representative
Charles explained how this focus led Lymow to surpass $14 million in revenue in our very first year. Rather than chasing the same segment as other brands, we targeted the difficult lawns: the ones most homeowners thought couldn’t be handled by a robot.
He also spoke about regional strategies: in North America, where robotic mowing is still new, we’re working directly with customers online, building awareness and trust. In Europe, where the market is more mature, we’re building partnerships and distribution networks to bring Lymow closer to people’s homes.
But what resonated most wasn’t just strategy; it was philosophy. "Focus. Respect. Long-termism. Social value," Charles said, words that guide every decision we make. Even after we raised prices following the crowdfunding campaign, customers continued to buy because they recognized the true value that Lymow delivers.
Meeting Our Partners Face-to-Face
Beyond the stage and interviews, the heart of IFA was our booth. We watched visitors lean closer to see the real Lymow One, or smile in surprise when they learned it could cover such large areas.
We also met lawn care equipment dealers who have served homeowners for years, distributors exploring new opportunities in golf courses and professional turf management, and even consumer electronics partners excited about bringing robotic mowing into the smart living category.
These meetings showed us that Lymow One isn't tied to a single channel - it fits in garden retail, B2B spaces like hotels and parks, and even consumer electronics. each conversation opened new possibilities and reinforced our brlief that the future of lawn care is not only smarter, but roader. They also reminded us that innovation dosen't just live in machines, instead, it lives in the people who use them.

A Moment of Recognition
Then came the moments we’ll never forget. As the show unfolded, we received many recognitions:
- Techaeris – Best of IFA
- Nextpit – Top of Show
- Inside Digital – Best of Show
- Hunker – IFA Innovation Award
- SHE FINDS – Best of IFA
- Best of Kickstarter
- Reviewed Awards – IFA
Holding these awards, we felt more than pride. We felt gratitude for our engineers who dreamed big, for our partners who believed in us, and most of all, for our community whose trust and support gave us the courage to keep innovating.
Looking Ahead
As the lights dimmed on IFA 2025, we didn’t just leave with awards and headlines, rather, we left inspired. Inspired by the conversations at our booth, the recognition from both media, partners and customers, and the shared belief that together we can make lawn care smarter, simpler, and more human.
We believe that robotic mowers like Lymow One can give consumers more time to enjoy life, inspire the industry to embrace smarter automation, open new doors for partners to grow together, and provide media with stories that highlight the broader value of sustainable lawn care.
To everyone who visited, asked questions, or simply stopped to watch Lymow One: thank you. Your engagement and support are the reason we will continue to innovate, stay focused on real needs, or in our words: Conquer every inch of lawn care.
